David Sinclair, the
well-known Australian biologist and professor of genetics, is researching
processes that are capable of slowing down or even stopping the human ageing
process. He is focusing on nicotinamide mononucleotides, abbreviated to:
NMN. Sinclair was born in 1969, but is biologically much younger than 50 and
has the lung volume of a 20-year-old.
Prof. Dr. David Sinclair has written a widely circulated book entitled:
"Lifespan: Why We Age - and Why We Don't Have To." He attributes many
age-related disorders to a decline in cellular nicotinamide adenine
dinucleotide (NAD+) levels, which, according to numerous series of
experiments, can be averted with the help of NMN: The result is NAD+ in the
cells of older people at the level of 30-year-olds.
NMN is the first substance whose effectiveness in connection with the
decline in the production of NAD+ in the human body as a major cause of the
cell ageing process has been officially recognized in an - albeit very small
- study by a government (US) health authority. The corresponding publication

The US authorities
therefore classify the intake of up to 500 mg NMN daily as safe. David
Sinclair takes double the dose every morning, i.e. 1,000 mg = 1 gram. We
have dosed the capsules we offer at 500 mg.
The capsules
must not be swallowed under any circumstances! Instead, they must be
opened and their contents can either be placed under the tongue with a
spoon, where the powder slowly dissolves. NMN powder can also be taken
with a little light yoghurt.
The vegan cellulose wrapping protects the
powder and allows it to be accurately portioned. The glass packaging
prevents microplastic contamination, which is a concern with plastic
packaging.
The intake of NMN increases your need
for betaine, which you must supply to your body daily in approximately
the same amount as you take NMN. Betaine is found in beetroot,
wholemeal products, mussels, fish, meat, spinach, broccoli and sweet
potatoes, among other things. To compensate for the intake of 500 mg NMN,
you need to eat 200 grams of beetroot - or other betaine-containing
foods - during the course of the day. Taking NMN may therefore require
you to change your diet and pay attention to your daily betaine intake.
Betaine is offered as a dietary supplement under the name TMG. NMN
does not work without a sufficient intake of betaine (= TMG)!
In addition to taking
NMN, there is another proven, tested way to counteract the ageing process:
Autophagy.
Autophagy costs nothing.
Simply fast for 36 to 72 hours while exercising and your body will recycle
defective cells and renew itself.
NMN and autophagy will
not extend your healthy lifespan if you do not exercise outdoors most days
of the week and constantly feed your body nicotine, alcohol, sugar, animal
fats and highly processed foods. Your life expectancy depends on your
lifestyle.
Not everyone can be
advised to go 36 to 72 hours without eating while exercising, and not
everyone can be advised to take NMN. Please take the time to talk to
